Tina believes Yoga is for everybody and every body.
Tina teaches a variety of styles including: Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga and Yin yoga in her cozy and welcoming yoga studio. Larger classes are either online or in the enclosed garden at Fernbank House in summer or within the beautifully restored town hall here in Aberfeldy. Classes are suitable for beginners through to intermediate level.
Tina completed her yoga teacher training (200 hours) in 2017 through the Classical Yoga School. In 2024 she qualified as a Sports Yoga teacher enabling her to work with performance athletes. This all stems from twenty five years’ experience as a Physical Education teacher in secondary schools. Tina is currently undertaking her Yin teacher training (50 hours) to compliment her practice.
Join Tina on Monday at 6:45am for an online Vinyasa Flow class. This is an energising way to start the working week. This class in one hour in duration. £6 – Contact us for Zoom codes
Monday continues with two further classes held in the Fernbank House Yoga Studio. 11am offers a mixed gentle flow class for up to six beginners and lasts 75 minutes.
The final Monday class at 2pm is designed for those at intermediate level and is also 75 minutes long. The style of this class is Vinyasa offering a blend of balance, flexibility and strength.
Found within Fernbank House Yoga Studio at 6pm on Wednesday evening is our men only class, for those who are beginning their yoga journey. Tina will teach you technique to improve flexibility, build core strength and prevent injuries.
Thursday at 2pm join Tina for an intermediate level Vinyasa flow class (75 minutes) enhancing your flexibility, strength and mindfulness and suitable for mixed levels and experience.
Saturday Morning at 10am in the Lesser Hall, Aberfeldy Town Hall. Tina shares a friendly, inclusive and community spirited space with you. This class is well attended by locals but if you are visiting the area you will be made to feel extremely welcome with an invite to coffee afterwards awaits you! This class is 75 minutes long, suitable for all levels and designed to align you with the changing energies of nature and the seasons.
There are many benefits to participating in yoga such as increased flexibility, improved posture, better sleep, increased focus, relaxation, and stress relief. Tina designs all classes to the particular class. Postures within the class have adaptations offered throughout and an ethos that yoga is for everybody and every-body!
Saturday and Monday (online) classes operate on a drop in / week by week arrangement. All other classes are booked a month at a time. However, occasionally there are spaces so please inquire if you wish to drop in. Please contact Tina to book.
Equipment can be provided for all classes (with prior arrangement) -mat, block, bolster, strap etc.

Tina, Dave and the team are excited to share our offer with you! We have taken great care over our selection for 2025. From listening to your feedback, we have duplicated some weekends, amended others and created new opportunities which we hope you will love. New additions include: Wild Swimming and Breath Work, Eco-Therapy, Highland Holiday (Week Long Retreat) and a Craft weekend! You will also see two blank weekends in the programme. We felt it might be fun to offer two Create Your Own Retreats. If you wish, you can bring up to 10 friends and create your own itinerary!
